2. Shipping Options & Costs

3. Domestic vs. International Shipping

  • Domestic: We current ship to the United States only. If shipping is unavailable in your location, you will receive a notification during checkout.  


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times begin once the order is shipped (not when it’s placed).

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Track your package using the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL).


6. Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

  • Lost Packages: Report lost orders within the 14 day window of the estimated delivery date. We’ll reship or refund eligible cases.
